Role Description This is a full-time, in office Operations Executive role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Operations Executive will coordinate day-to-day asset deployment, monitor fleet performance, and ensure smooth operational processes across assigned locations. Responsibilities include tracking vehicle utilization, handling partner and driver queries, maintaining documentation, and supporting compliance with internal policies and safety standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing basic reports and dashboards, and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.



The Operations Executive is expected to be hands-on in the field as needed, support onboarding of new partners and drivers, and contribute to the reliability and scalability of EVeez’s operations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily activities and ensure process adherence.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work with drivers, partners, and internal teams.
• Experience in logistics, fleet management, or mobility services is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area and manage field operations as required.
• Comfort with basic office software and digital tools for reporting and coordination.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, reliability, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
