• Lead and manage a team of delivery managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Develop and implement delivery strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and performance to identify and address issues and risks.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues.

• Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to complete monthly delivery activities.
• Work with the leadership team to define and execute the roadmap for learning products at NIIT
• Lead new product ideation, design, development, and launch




• Build a thorough understanding of the market
- demand areas, industry trends, and competition
• Collaborate with industry advisors (leaders at companies) to ensure our learning products bridge the talent gap
• Quantify the potential business impact of various product options, prioritize, and develop a product roadmap
• Collaborate with Tech, Product and Academic teams to ensure that our learning products are truly world-class. Key Skills & Competencies
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management and delivery, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working in BFSI is preferred. Education Qualification & Certification
• Graduate/Post Graduate
• PMP certification would be an added advantage
