About the role
We are looking for a Senior Designer with a strong production background to support our London team. The role will work predominantly across Santander and provide support across EE workstreams when required. This is a production-focused position working across OOH, press, print, digital and social formats. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, high-quality design work and maintaining brand consistency through to final artwork. As this is an offshore role aligned to UK

working hours
, strong written and verbal communication is essential. You will work closely with UK-based PMs, producers and agency teams, providing clear updates and raising risks or queries in a timely way.

Key responsibilities
• Deliver production design across all clients and projects as required.
• Apply brand guidelines and toolkits accurately and consistently.
• Work closely with PMs, producers and agency stakeholders to meet agreed timelines.
• Manage feedback carefully and flag risks or scope changes early.
• Step into existing projects and ensure work meets required creative and production standards. Skills & Experience
• Senior-level experience within a creative agency or production environment.
• Robust integrated production design experience across print, digital and
• social formats.
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Figma and After Effects knowledge advantageous.




• Solid understanding of print and digital production processes and specifications.
• Experience delivering large-scale, multi-format campaigns to deadline.
• Good understanding of UK design standards and communications styles.
