We make products that tell you exactly what’s in them and what they do — no whitening or lightening narratives, no miracle promises. Kitcoz sells across Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata 1mg and our own Shopify store, with a growing presence in UAE. The Role We’re looking for an Ads Manager to own paid advertising across our marketplace channels. You’ll be responsible for building and running ad strategies on Amazon and Flipkart, keeping ROAS at a level where the business stays profitable, and scaling spend only where the numbers justify it. This is a hands-on, on-site role at our Indore office — you’ll be in the ad consoles daily, not managing an agency. What You’ll Do
• Plan, launch and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Display campaigns on Amazon Ads; run PLA and brand campaigns on Flipkart Ads
• Set and hit ROAS / ACoS targets per product, and adjust bids, budgets and targeting to protect margin
• Run keyword research, competitor analysis and search-term mining; manage negative keywords




• Coordinate ads with listing content, pricing and deal/event calendars (Prime Day, Big Billion Days, festive sales)
• Build weekly performance reports: spend, sales, ROAS, TACoS, organic vs. paid share, and recommendations
• Test and expand into other marketplace ad platforms (Myntra, 1mg) as the business grows What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Amazon Ads and/or Flipkart Ads for a D2C or e-commerce brand (agency experience counts)
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets — you can build your own reports from bulk-sheet exports
• Understand unit economics: you know the difference between a good ROAS and a profitable one
• Robust attention to detail and the discipline to review campaigns daily
• Preferred: experience in beauty/personal care; familiarity with Amazon Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance reports, or Flipkart Growth insights Salary Range ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on experience and demonstrated results.
