Role Description The Assistant Manager – Production Planning and Control (PPC) is a full-time, in office role based in Manesar. This role is responsible for planning and scheduling production activities to meet demand forecasts, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely order fulfillment. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with production, procurement, and warehouse teams; monitoring material availability; and updating production plans to minimize downtime and bottlenecks. The role also involves tracking work-in-progress, overseeing process control parameters,



maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost optimization. The Assistant Manager – PPC will prepare regular reports on production performance, resolve planning-related issues, and support leadership in capacity planning and workflow optimization. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management for scheduling, capacity planning, and meeting delivery timelines.
• Experience in Inventory Control and Materials Management to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely availability of components.
• Knowledge of Process Control to monitor and improve manufacturing processes, quality, and efficiency.
• Familiarity with ERP or production planning software and proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in PPC or production management, preferably in manufacturing or toys/consumer products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
