Requirements 1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding,
LinkedIn lead generation, or IT business development. Ability to generate client responses through effective proposals and outreach. Basic understanding of SEO, web development, digital marketing, or AI services. Good written communication, research, and follow-up skills. Knowledge of CRM tools and spreadsheets is preferred.
