Job Description
Senior UX Specialist – Microsoft SharePoint Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior UX Specialist with 10+ years of experience in UX design, including hands-on experience designing enterprise Microsoft SharePoint sites and intranets. The candidate will lead user experience improvements across information architecture, navigation, page design, usability, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities
• Assess existing SharePoint environments, user needs, and usability challenges.
• Define information architecture, navigation, content organization, and search/findability strategies.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, page templates, and reusable design patterns for Modern SharePoint.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to support implementation and quality assurance.
• Establish UX standards, guidelines, and documentation, and train internal teams to sustain design quality. Required Skills and Experience
• 10+ years of overall UX design experience, with proven experience in enterprise UX.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint,



particularly Modern SharePoint intranets and enterprise content platforms.
• Expertise in information architecture, navigation design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent UX design tools.
• Positive understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, content teams, and technical teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate business and user requirements into implementation-ready design specifications. Expected Outcomes Deliver a consistent, intuitive, and accessible SharePoint experience through user-centred design, reusable page templates, UX standards, implementation support, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
