We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated professional who can manage digital marketing activities, create engaging social media content, edit videos, and design high-quality graphics. Job Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
• Manage and grow social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to improve brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
• Create content calendars, write captions, research hashtags, and schedule posts.
• Assist with SEO activities, keyword research, website content optimization, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
• Support paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, as required. 2. Video Editing & Content Creation
• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and long-form videos.
• Create engaging videos using transitions, text animations, subtitles, effects, and background music.
• Develop creative video concepts for brands, products, services, and promotional campaigns.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms and formats.
• Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles, and content formats. 3. Graphic Design & Creative Branding
• Design professional social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
• Create thumbnails, posters,



marketing materials, and campaign graphics.
• Maintain consistent branding, typography, colors, and visual quality.
• Convert marketing ideas and briefs into attractive visual content.
• Follow brand guidelines while creating original and engaging designs. Required Skills
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Practical understanding of video editing and graphic design.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
• Good creative thinking, visual storytelling, and content-writing skills.
• Understanding of social media trends, engagement metrics, and content formats.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively. Eligibility Criteria
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio or practical project experience will be preferred.
• A degree or diploma in digital marketing, graphic design, multimedia, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
