Responsibilities:
Plan and develop merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales. Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to determine product needs. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure products are available on time. Monitor stock levels and recommend inventory management strategies. Create visually appealing product displays that align with our brand aesthetics.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the fashion industry.
* Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Creativity and an eye for detail in product presentation.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Get Shoots done on time *Has prior experience working with any indian wear or women's wear brand.
