Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Executive based in Ahmedabad. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing product listings, marketplace operations, customer queries, and sales performance. This role also involves creating and implementing strategies to optimize listings, enhance visibility, and drive conversions. Additionally,



the E-commerce Executive will collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• Experience in e-commerce marketplace management, including platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and others
• Skills in content creation, including product listing optimization, SEO-driven descriptions, and visual content alignment
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using tools for performance tracking and decision-making
• Strong communication skills for managing customer interactions and collaborating with internal teams
• Knowledge in online marketing, digital advertising, and sales strategies to drive growth and engagement
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and organize tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel and e-commerce dashboards; knowledge of the broader retail landscape is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
