Company Description Hicool was founded in 1988 and headquartered in Navi Mumbai. We design and manufacture fans and motors in-house and serve customers in more than 25 countries, guided by our belief in Performance with Purpose. Your Role The Graphic Designer owns the visual output of the Marketing team at Hicool. The role covers the full design process, from clarifying a brief to delivering a print-ready or screen-ready file. It spans marketing creatives, exhibitions, product literature and internal communication. In this role, you will:
• Study design briefs from Marketing and other departments, ask questions where details are missing, and confirm requirements before starting.
• Create LinkedIn post creatives, ad creatives, web banners, emailers and presentation graphics that follow the monthly content plan.
• Design and update datasheets, catalogues, brochures and sales decks in PowerPoint, keeping layouts consistent and technical information accurate.
• Design exhibition and event graphics, such as booth wall posters, backdrops and banners, to exact dimensions and printer specifications.
• Design internal communication material, such as standees, danglers, certificates, for HR, Quality and plant teams.
• Design the annual corporate calendars and other printed promotional items.




• Prepare print-ready files with the correct bleed, colour profile and resolution, and review proofs with printers and vendors.
• Apply the Hicool brand guidelines in every piece of work, and build templates that other teams can reuse.
• Retouch and prepare product and plant photographs for use across marketing material.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, agree priorities with the Marketing Manager, and deliver on time through review rounds.

Your Profile
• You have at least 5 years of hands-on graphic design experience, ideally in a manufacturing, industrial or B2B environment.
• You have worked across print and digital media, and you understand file formats, colour profiles (CMYK and RGB), bleed and resolution for each.
• You are proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, and you are confident building polished PowerPoint decks.
• You have working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro, which is helpful for digital and short video needs.
• You have a portfolio that includes layout-heavy work, such as brochures, datasheets, large-format print and event material, and not only social media creatives.
• You check text, numbers and specifications carefully before releasing a file.
