About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, target-oriented Real Estate Sales Professional to join our growth team in Kolkata. In this role, you will lead end-to-end client engagement from initial advisory calls and on-site property walkthroughs to high-stakes commercial negotiations and deal closures. If you understand the pulse of Kolkata’s real estate micro-markets and have a proven record of closing high-ticket deals, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Direct Consultative Sales:Manage inbound leads and client referrals, identify property requirements (end-use vs. investment ROI), and match them with appropriate project portfolios. Site Visits & Demonstrations:Plan and host on-ground site visits across Kolkata (EM Bypass, New Town/Rajarhat, South Kolkata) and surrounding suburban expansion corridors. Negotiation & Closure: Lead price discussions, explain payment milestones, coordinate booking formalities, and secure customer closures. Due Diligence Coordination: Work closely with our legal and operations team to ensure smooth documentation, agreement drafting,



and client registration. Channel & HNI Networking: Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth investors, wealth managers, and external channel partners to generate recurring inquiries. Pipeline Management: Track customer engagement, follow-up cycles, and sales pipelines using CRM tools to maintain a reliable closure forecast. What We Are Looking For

Experience:
2–6 years of demonstrated success in primary/secondary real estate sales, luxury developer sales, or property advisory. Market Acumen: Strong familiarity with Kolkata’s real estate geography, zoning, and prevailing market rates. Communication: Fluency in Bengali, English, and Hindi is essential for interfacing with developers, landholders, and clients. Mobility: Must possess personal conveyance (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) and a valid driving licence for client site visits. Professionalism: High ethical standards, polished presentation, and solid closing ability.
