Responsibilities:
• Design and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
• Conduct time studies to optimize production workflows and reduce waste.
• Analyze data to measure performance metrics such as cycle time reduction, defect rate improvement, etc. Job
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering /Production Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field (MED).
• 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
• Solid understanding of operational excellence principles and methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
• Basic knowledge of CAD Design.
