Role Description The AI Automation Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the design, development, and optimization of automation workflows using AI tools and platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with mapping processes, configuring automation scripts, running and documenting test cases, and helping troubleshoot issues in existing workflows. The intern will collaborate with team members to perform quality assurance checks, analyze performance data, and refine automation solutions based on feedback. This role also involves researching emerging AI automation technologies,



preparing clear documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across projects. Qualifications
• Ability to work with Process Automation and Automation tools to design and refine efficient workflows.
• Skills in Troubleshooting issues in automation pipelines and identifying root causes for technical problems.
• Experience or familiarity with creating and executing Test Cases to validate automation logic and performance.
• Understanding of Quality Assurance practices to ensure reliability, accuracy, and consistency of automated processes.
• Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is beneficial.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document workflows and findings clearly.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
