Role Description The Medical Biller will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing cycle, including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and follow-up on unpaid or underpaid claims. Day-to-day activities include verifying patient insurance coverage, ensuring accurate use of codes, identifying and resolving denials, and coordinating with payers to expedite reimbursements. The role involves maintaining detailed documentation, tracking accounts receivable, and collaborating with internal teams to address billing issues and improve collection rates. This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, requiring consistent presence at the office and adherence to established billing procedures and compliance standards. Qualifications




• Strong understanding of medical terminology and the healthcare revenue cycle, with the ability to interpret clinical documentation for billing purposes.
• Hands-on experience with denial management, including identifying denial trends, correcting errors, and resubmitting claims efficiently.
• Working knowledge of ICD-10 coding and related standards to ensure accurate claim preparation and compliance.
• Experience handling insurance-related processes, including commercial insurance plans, policy verification, and coordination of benefits.
• Familiarity with Medicare billing rules, guidelines, and payer-specific requirements.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and practice management systems, with strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze accounts receivable reports, prioritize follow-up work, and meet collection and productivity targets.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clinical and administrative teams, as well as external payers.
• Prior experience in medical billing or healthcare RCM; a certificate or diploma in medical billing/coding or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and ethical handling of patient information.
