Role Description The International Voice role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The individual in this role will handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients, deliver clear and professional communication, and provide timely resolution to customer inquiries and issues. Daily responsibilities include managing customer service requests, supporting sales and lead generation activities, documenting interactions accurately, and escalating complex cases when needed. The role also involves adhering to process guidelines, meeting performance targets,



and collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve call quality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with international clients.
• Candidates should possess Sales and customer relationship-building skills to support lead generation and upselling opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, interpret data, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, with a clear and neutral accent suitable for international calls.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts, including evenings or nights as required for global time zones.
• Comfort with call center tools, CRM systems, and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Prior experience in international voice process or BPO environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume call environments.
