Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Luxury Travel Designer & Operations Associate. The role involves designing bespoke itineraries and luxury travel experiences, aligning each journey with clients’ lifestyles, cultural interests, and mobility needs. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, managing travel arrangements and reservations, coordinating premium stays and private experiences, and overseeing end-to-end trip operations. The associate will liaise with global partners and service providers, maintain accurate booking and documentation, and ensure seamless logistics before, during, and after each journey.



Day-to-day work also includes handling client communication, resolving issues promptly, supporting concierge planning, and upholding Unparalleld’s standards of quiet luxury and precision. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and client advisory for bespoke, luxury travel experiences.
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Management and end-to-end itinerary oversight, including complex multi-stop journeys.
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and special access experiences.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage high-touch, discreet, and detail-oriented client interactions.
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities, with strong attention to detail.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with digital tools and travel booking platforms; prior experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle services is an advantage.
• Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, travel management, business, or a related field, or possess equivalent relevant experience.
• Candidates should show cultural curiosity, global awareness, and the ability to operate with discretion and professionalism.
