Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions on SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage end-to-end SAP EWM implementation activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Integrate SAP EWM with SAP Production Planning (PP) to support production supply, material staging, and warehouse-related manufacturing processes.
• Configure and support integration between SAP EWM and Quality Management (QM), including quality inspections, stock movements, and inspection-related warehouse processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP EWM solutions.
• Configure warehouse structures, storage types, storage bins, warehouse process types, inbound and outbound processes, and internal warehouse movements.
• Support goods receipt, goods issue, picking, packing, replenishment, physical inventory, and stock management processes.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve functional defects across EWM, PP, and QM.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and custom developments.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, cutover,



and production support activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless warehouse and manufacturing operations. Must-Have Skills
• 10+ years of relevant SAP experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP EWM.
• Experience implementing and supporting SAP EWM on S/4HANA.
• At least one end-to-end SAP EWM implementation experience.
• Strong experience in SAP EWM integration with PP and QM.
• Expertise in warehouse management processes, including inbound, outbound, internal movements, and inventory management.
• Experience in configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional integration and business process flows. Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with embedded SAP EWM in S/4HANA.
• Exposure to decentralized EWM integration.
• Knowledge of SAP MM and other related logistics modules.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications relevant to warehouse operations.
• Experience in S/4HANA upgrades, rollouts, or warehouse transformation projects.
