Role Description The Freelance Process Safety Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dahej. The consultant will perform process safety assessments, lead hazard identification and risk analysis studies, and support the development and review of safety procedures, standards, and engineering documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits, coordinating with project teams and client representatives, preparing technical reports,



and recommending mitigation measures aligned with industry regulations and best practices. The role also involves contributing to occupational health and EHS initiatives, participating in incident investigations, and delivering technical training or workshops to client personnel when required. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Process Safety and Safety Engineering skills, including experience with hazard analysis and risk assessment methodologies.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Occupational Health and Environment Health and Safety (EHS), with the ability to integrate these disciplines into process safety programs.
• Candidates should possess Training skills, with the capability to develop and deliver clear, technically accurate safety and risk management sessions for diverse audiences.
• Relevant engineering degree (Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or related) and professional experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or heavy industry environments.
• Familiarity with international safety standards and regulations (such as OSHA, ISO, IEC) and proven experience working on industrial projects or facilities.
• Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively on-site with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders.
