India

About noon We're building an ecosystem of digital products and services that power everyday life across the Middle East — quick, scalable and deeply customer-centric. Our mission is to deliver to every door, every day. We want to redefine what technology can do in this region, and we're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can help us move even faster. noon Minutes is noon's fastest hyper-local delivery platform: a localised assortment of grocery and FMCG products delivered in as little as 15 minutes. It is live across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, offering thousands of products to customers in record time. noon's mission: every door, every day.

What you'll do
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will: Growth performance and root cause
• Produce the daily growth read for leadership: OPD, sessions and conversion versus target, with a bridge from target to actual that attributes the gap to its drivers — instock availability, organic add-to-cart rates, price competitiveness, payment failures, hub downtime and session mix (direct, CRM, paid).
• Track the monthly OPD plan by building block (organic trend, instock, campaigns, growth interventions, coverage expansion), flag deviations early and recommend the corrective action.
• Turn ambiguous business questions into structured answers: define the problem, test hypotheses with data, recommend a decision. Funnel, cohort and category analytics
• Analyse the session-to-order funnel (sessions, add-to-cart, checkout, paid) by platform, cohort and category, and size the conversion opportunities.
• Build and maintain cohort views: new-to-second-order conversion, repeat frequency, dormant win-back, membership upgrade and language or regional cohorts.

• Run category analytics — organic impressions and add-to-cart rate versus target, unit share, laggard detection — and triangulate with instock and pricing so category managers get one view of what to fix. Growth experimentation
• Build and own a backlog of growth hypotheses — offers and coupon ladders, onboarding and first-30-day journeys, reorder nudges, pricing and assortment, cohort-specific plays — prioritised by expected OPD impact and cost.
• Design and run A/B tests and holdouts for each hypothesis; read incremental OPD and cost per incremental order (CPIO), then act on the result: scale winners, kill losers, iterate the next variant.
• Apply causal methods (difference-in-differences, matched controls) where randomisation is not possible, and state the confidence of every read.
• Maintain the growth initiative tracker with a go/no-go read for each project. Marketing and pricing efficiency
• Measure performance marketing and CRM on incremental sessions and orders, CAC and burn efficiency, and recommend reallocation across channels and cohorts.
• Monitor the competitive price index against quick-commerce competitors, flag categories breaching thresholds and route them to the pricing and category owners. Reporting and automation
• Build interactive dashboards and one-page briefs with targets, actuals and deviations that drive decisions, not data dumps.
• Automate recurring reads (daily brief, price-index check, target-versus-actual) with BigQuery scheduled queries, scripts and AI-assisted tooling; partner with Data Engineering on pipelines.

• Keep metric definitions consistent across markets so OPD, conversion, instock and organic ATC mean the same thing in every report.

What you'll need
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science or similar).
• 3–6 years in growth, product or business analytics at a consumer internet, e-commerce, quick-commerce or consulting firm.
• Advanced SQL with hands-on BigQuery

experience:
comfortable with multi-terabyte tables, partitioning and cost-aware queries.
• Experimentation

experience:
has designed and run A/B tests or holdouts end-to-end — hypothesis, test design, significance, incrementality — and changed a product or campaign on the result.
• Fluency in funnel and growth metrics — sessions, conversion, add-to-cart, retention, frequency, basket size, CAC and CPIO — and how they bridge to orders.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and a visualisation tool (Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau).
• Structured, answer-first communication: can condense an analysis into a one-page brief a CEO acts on. Strongly preferred
• Python (pandas) for analysis and automation.
• Hands-on use of AI tools (LLM assistants, agents) to query data, draft analyses and automate recurring reports.
• Quick-commerce, grocery or marketplace background, with a working understanding of instock, pricing and promotion mechanics.
• Forecasting or predictive modelling experience.
• Arabic reading ability, useful for regional cohort work. Who will excel?
• We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.
• You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
• We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.
• noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
