About the Role
You own the organic + AEO/GEO (Answer Engine Optimization / Generative Engine Optimization) program across our accounts, websites, and workflow automations. You post on community platforms under the SEO & Organic Manager. You draft with AI, humanize, and post at quality. You engage with comments, build community presence, and report daily on what you shipped. You learn the workflow (a low-code or no-code automation platform) in the first 15 days and automate 1-2 repetitive tasks by month 2.

What You'll Do

• Respect the editorial and community guidelines for your assigned platforms
• Learn low-code or no-code automation and automate 1-2 repetitive tasks by month 2

• 0-2 years experience (fresher or 1-2 years post-grad)




• Mass comm / journalism / English / marketing OR self-taught with active community-platform presence
• Active community-platform accounts (real engagement, not just signed up)
• 1+ AI writing tool: ChatGPT, Claude, or copy.ai (intermediate)
• SEO writing basics: title tags, meta descriptions, H1/H2 structure, keyword density
• Detail-oriented: catches broken links, checks tag taxonomy
• Multi-platform comfort across community platforms and at least one of (websites, blogs, microblogging) What We're Looking For (Preferred)
• 1+ scheduling tool: Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Metricool (intermediate)
• WordPress or similar CMS basics: can publish a blog post end-to-end
