Role Description The Content Creator Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. In this role, the intern will support the marketing and growth teams by creating digital content such as social media posts, blog articles, short videos, and basic graphics that highlight Nextep Solution’s ecosystem and offerings. Daily responsibilities include researching relevant business and entrepreneurship topics, drafting engaging copy, repurposing content across platforms,



and assisting in maintaining a consistent brand voice. The intern will collaborate with team members to brainstorm campaign ideas, schedule content, and track basic engagement metrics. The role may also involve light administrative tasks related to content organization, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders. Qualifications
• Ability to create clear, engaging written content for social media, blogs, and basic marketing materials.
• Interest in digital marketing, social media management, and content planning for online platforms.
• Basic familiarity with visual content creation (e.g., simple graphics, short-form video editing) using common tools.
• Strong research skills, with the ability to understand and summarize business and entrepreneurship topics.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in an on-site team workplace.
• Attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred.
