What You’ll Be Doing (position summary): As a member of Simplii Engineering Team, the Senior Full stack Developer is responsible for the detailed technical design and development of applications using various technology platforms. The role performs tasks of technical depth and breadth, utilizing a solid understanding of business dynamics to conduct impact analysis and provide feedback on problems with recommended solutions. The Senior Full stack Developer determines methods and approaches to projects, transforming business requirements specifications into programming instructions, designing, coding and testing programs.

• Perform and coordinate complicated application programming activities.
• Design the application's technical infrastructure using specific databases, programming languages, utilities, and testing approaches in a microservice environment.

Experience:
7+ years of experience Who You Are (skills/qualifications): Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline Must Have

Skills:
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in: Spring/SpringBoot and Java
• 3+ years hands-on experience in Cloud based Microservices Environment
• You possess a strong proficiency in Object Oriented Design, JSON and RESTFul web services
• You possess strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record of troubleshooting and debugging complex issues in microservices.
• 3+ years of experience in React and frontend technologies.
• You integrates with GenAI to build and troubleshoot your code
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting and debugging complex issues.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior developers.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• You are adaptable, open to change, and eager to learn new technologies. Good to Have:
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Cloud environments (Azure/OCP, Kubernetes or equivalent) is an asset.
