Job SummaryQloron Technology is looking for an experienced Zuora Billing Technical Consultant to lead implementation, configuration, integration, and production support activities across the Zuora Billing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, REST APIs, CRM and payment integrations, and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes. This role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable subscription management and billing solutions. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end Zuora Billing implementation, system configuration, and functional enhancements.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Zuora Billing, enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and third-party payment systems.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement long-term technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables with business objectives.
• Support subscription management, billing, invoicing, and payment processing workflows.
• Work closely with stakeholders to support Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) objectives.
• Ensure integration reliability, system scalability,



and operational stability. ? Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience with Zuora Billing implementation and support.
• Robust knowledge of Zuora REST APIs and custom workflows.
• Proficiency in SOQL/SQL and understanding of the Zuora data and object model.
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
• Experience with subscription lifecycle management, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Proven experience integrating Zuora with CRM platforms and payment gateways.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and explain technical concepts to business teams. ?
