Role Description This is a full-time, in office Video Editor role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing video content for social media and other digital platforms, ensuring high-quality storytelling, pacing, and visual appeal. Daily tasks include assembling raw footage, trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, text, and music, and applying color correction and grading to maintain brand consistency. The role also involves collaborating with content strategists and designers, creating basic motion graphics, and adapting videos to different formats and aspect ratios for various social platforms. The Video Editor will work closely with the wider team to meet deadlines, refine content based on feedback, and support campaigns that enhance audience engagement and brand visibility. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone and quality.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for enhancing visual storytelling and social media content.
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
• Experience creating short-form content for social media platforms and understanding of platform-specific requirements is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams are important.
