Kraft Corporation partners with top domestic leaders, providing distribution, technical support, sales, and marketing services for products such as Kraft Paper, Duplex Board, and Grey Kappa rigid board. Reporting to: Founders We are looking for a proactive, organised professional with at least 5 years of B2B sales experience to support our founders with client communication, quotations, business coordination, and daily priorities. Paper or packaging industry experience and export experience are preferred. Your responsibilities will include:
• Communicate with clients, understand requirements, discuss approved pricing, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with dispatch and marketing teams on order progress, delivery commitments, customer enquiries, and sales activities.
• Maintain Excel or CRM trackers for enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending actions.
• Help manage the founders’ daily priorities,



business meetings, correspondence, and reminders.
• Take clear notes during meetings and calls, track commitments, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed.
• Provide concise updates and flag delays, deadlines, or items that require the founders’ attention.
• Handle additional sales and business support assignments as directed by the founders, maintaining confidentiality. We are looking for someone with:
• Strong spoken and written English and confident client communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pricing comparisons, tracking, and reporting.
• Solid active listening, note-taking, organisation, and attention to detail.
• The ability to understand instructions quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership without repeated reminders.
