We are looking for a GEO/AEO Specialist who has done this work, not just read about it. This is not a website optimisation role with a recent title. Most of what an AI assistant says about a brand comes from the wider web. You will find out where those answers come from, then work with our teams and partners to get our clients named in the right places. You will report to the Head of Search and own AI visibility for a portfolio of client accounts. What you will do
• Build prompt sets that reflect how real buyers ask about each client’s category, and track them across the major AI platforms.
• Analyse which sources, pages and content types AI platforms cite, and find the gaps where competitors appear and our clients don’t.
• Run accuracy checks on what assistants say about our clients, and trace errors back to their cause.
• Brief the content, social and SEO teams on the work needed to close those gaps.
• Coordinate third-party distribution to earn brand mentions in the guides, directories, review platforms and publications AI platforms trust.




• Keep client information consistent across every owned and third-party property.
• Set baselines before work begins, then track and report AI share of voice against named competitors and present the results to clients. What we are looking for
• 4+ years in SEO, including at least 12 months of hands-on AEO/GEO work.
• Proven experience analysing AI-generated answers and tracing them to their sources.
• An understanding of how mentions, listings, reviews and third-party content shape AI visibility.
• Solid technical SEO: rendering, AI crawler access, schema and site structure.
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI visibility tracking tool, plus standard SEO tools.
• Experience coordinating work across teams and external partners.
• Commercial thinking that connects visibility to enquiries, not just traffic. Nice to have UAE/GCC or B2B experience, a network of regional publishers or directories, HubSpot exposure, and Arabic language skills.
