• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Learning & Development (L&D;) and Knowledge Management (KM), aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and implement learning programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, growth opportunities, and overall performance.
• Lead the development and management of knowledge management systems to capture, organize, and share organizational knowledge.
• Identify skill gaps and drive targeted learning initiatives to improve employee competencies and organizational effectiveness.
• Evaluate and continuously improve learning programs to meet evolving business needs and industry standards.
• Manage L&D; and KM budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost-effective delivery of initiatives.
• Establish and maintain knowledge management frameworks, best practices, and processes for effective knowledge sharing.
• Implement tools and technologies to strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments.
• Measure the effectiveness of learning and knowledge management initiatives through metrics, analytics, and business impact assessments.
• Lead, mentor,



and develop high-performing Learning & Knowledge teams while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, IT, and business teams to align learning and knowledge strategies with business priorities
• Manage external vendors and consultants to adopt innovative learning technologies and industry best practices. Candidate Profile
• Extensive experience in Learning & Development and Knowledge Management, preferably in senior leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in strategic learning initiatives, leadership development, and competency building.
• Experience implementing LMS, knowledge management systems, and digital learning solutions.
• Strong budget management, analytical, and performance measurement skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive organizational learning initiatives.
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and change management skills.
• Experience managing external vendors and adopting industry best practices. Qualification: Any Graduate
