Responsibilities:
• Understand each client’s business, customers, buying motivations, and growth objectives.
• Develop campaign strategies covering customer acquisition, remarketing, budgets, and performance targets.
• Set up and manage Meta campaigns for lead generation, website conversions, sales, and awareness as relevant to client goals.
• Plan audience strategies using customer data, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and broad targeting where appropriate.
• Work closely with copywriters, designers, and video teams to develop strong hooks, messages, offers, and ad formats.
• Build a structured creative testing plan and turn performance insights into actionable creative briefs.
• Set up and validate Meta Pixel, conversion events, and Conversions API integrations with technical support where required.
• Monitor budgets, delivery, frequency, acquisition costs, and conversion performance.
• Identify creative fatigue and coordinate timely refreshes.
• Test lead forms, landing pages, offers, and conversion journeys to improve results.




• Work with client sales teams to assess lead quality and improve the connection between advertising and sales.
• Prepare clear reports with results, learnings, and next steps; apply relevant platform updates. Traits We Value:
