Role Description The Jr Talent Sourcing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for supporting recruitment activities across the organization. This role involves sourcing potential candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases to support hiring for different immigration and consulting positions. The Jr Talent Sourcing Executive will coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, schedule interviews, and assist in managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting initial candidate outreach,



tracking sourcing metrics, updating recruitment reports, and supporting contract and offer coordination as needed. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely hiring and a positive experience for candidates. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and talent sourcing skills, including experience with candidate search tools and databases.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging with candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and handling professional correspondence.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review profiles, assess candidate suitability, and track sourcing performance metrics.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Contract Negotiation and Procurement related to hiring processes, offers, and vendor or agency coordination.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field are preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms is an advantage.
