About the role
Hansa Holidays is looking for an experienced International Ticketing Executive to join our Hyderabad team. You’ll manage international ticketing requests and support travellers with accurate, timely service. What you’ll do
• Handle ticket issuance, reissuance and refunds
• Work with Amadeus, NDC and Verteil
• Search and compare international fares and routings across airlines, and recommend the best option for each client’s budget and schedule
• Handle date changes, cancellations, name corrections and rebookings in line with airline fare rules.
• Support travellers with urgent changes and disruptions, including outside regular hours when needed What you’ll bring
• 3–5 years of experience in international ticketing
• Hands-on proficiency with Amadeus, NDC and Verteil
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Fluency in English, Telugu and Hindi
• Sound knowledge of airline fare rules, fare construction and IATA ticketing procedures
