Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily school operations, administration, and campus functioning.
• Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure smooth execution of school processes.
• Address and resolve parent concerns, operational issues, and stakeholder escalations in a timely manner.
• Support teacher recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff engagement.
• Monitor student enrolment processes and maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders.
• Ensure campus infrastructure, hygiene, security,



and safety standards are consistently maintained.
• Monitor compliance with organisational policies, processes, and documentation requirements.
• Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions to improve the overall school experience. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Management, Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in school administration, operations, or educational management, preferably in a K–12 workplace.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with technology and basic office applications.
• Ability to take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced school environment.
