Nashik Bonuses upto 10 Lakh We're hiring a Video Editor Executive to set the editing quality bar for a multi-brand content and distribution engine — long-form, short-form, clips, derivatives, thumbnails, all of it. You'll generate videos in a high-volume, AI-native production workplace.

About the Role
You edit long-form video for the media engine's long-form & short form channels. You do the timeline assembly, the full QA gate, and the claim-ledger discipline. You use AI tools (higgsfield, heygen, Runway, Sora, Descript) as part of your daily workflow. You ship quality long-form episodes at consistent cadence and ramp to owning channels by month 1.

What You'll Do
• Edit your assigned long-form & Short form episodes end-to-end (script-to-publish through the production pipeline)
• Cross-check claims against the claim ledger (you catch off-claims before they ship)
• Apply AI tools for B-roll, captions, audio cleanup
• Hand off to the Lead for QA and apply feedback same-day
• Track retention and learn from the published videos
• Test new AI video tools and share what works with the team What We're Looking For (Must-Have)
• 0-2 years experience (fresher or 1-2 years post-grad)




• Mass comm / BMM / BA / BMS / BVA / BSc OR self-taught with a portfolio
• 5+ videos in personal portfolio (long-form preferred, short-form acceptable)
• CapCut (advanced) OR Adobe Premiere Pro (intermediate)
• 1+ AI video tool: Higsfield, Heygen, Runway Gen-4, Sora, Kling, Pika, OR Descript (intermediate)
• Retention awareness: knows what makes viewers click away in the first 30 seconds of a long-form video and in first 3 seconds of short form video.
• AutoClip or quso.ai (or willingness to learn the winning tool post bake-off)
• OpenArt for VFX inserts
• After Effects basics: motion graphics, text animations, beat-sync
• Cover frame + thumbnail design: Canva (advanced) OR Photoshop Who Excels in This Role
• Takes ownership — treats the role as their own operation; ships the work end-to-end
• Proactive — sees the next move before being asked; ships the fix and reports
• Domain expert — has real, hands-on depth in the discipline this role covers
