Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, billing, payments, and reconciliation. The candidate will help ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth accounting operations for the building and its management.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial documents.
• Prepare and maintain sales invoices, payment receipts, and expense statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Track maintenance charges, rent, utility bills, and other payments from tenants or occupants, as applicable.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain petty cash records.
• Verify bills, vendor invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, expense reports, and management reports.
• Maintain records of income, expenditure, budgets, and cash flow.




• Coordinate with vendors, tenants, building management, auditors, and banks as required.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation, as applicable.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and ensure confidentiality of financial information. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.
Com) or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with Tally Prime or other accounting software.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Positive communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate financial records.
