? ? WE ARE HIRING Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager ? VITASTRONG. is looking for a proactive Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager to own our supply chain—from demand forecasting and supplier negotiations to inventory control and Amazon FBA replenishment. ? What you’ll do:
• Own demand forecasting, replenishment and reorder planning.
• Negotiate prices, MOQs and lead times with manufacturers and packaging suppliers.
• Manage purchase orders and production from confirmation to warehouse receipt.
• Track inventory accuracy across warehouses, marketplaces, and suppliers.
• Monitor batches and expiry dates, and act on slow-moving stock and products at risk of expiry.
• Resolve quality issues, shortages and delays with suppliers.
• Coordinate inbound shipments and Amazon FBA replenishment.
• Report stock risks, purchasing commitments and supplier performance, and work with finance on discrepancies. ? What we’re looking for:




• 5-7 years experience in purchasing & supply chain with external manufacturers.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with ERP/Inventory systems.
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA, e-commerce, and printed packaging (Supplements experience is a plus).
• Fluent English and robust decision-making skills. ?
