About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, proactive, and people-oriented HR Intern to gain hands-on experience across recruitment and HR operations. You’ll work closely with the HR and leadership teams, supporting hiring, candidate interactions, employee processes, and other HR initiatives as we scale. What You’ll Do
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate conversations.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring reports.
- Support onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and other HR operations.
- Assist with employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.




- Understand hiring requirements and build relevant talent pipelines.
- Work towards assigned hiring targets and identify opportunities to improve the hiring process.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling candidate and employee information. What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and people management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel and maintaining trackers.
- Target-oriented mindset with attention to quality.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Students, recent graduates, and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
