Role Description The Law Firm Partner role at Innovis Law Partners LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The Partner will lead client engagements, provide strategic legal advisory services, and oversee complex matters in corporate law, start-up advisory, intellectual property, dispute resolution, and related practice areas. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring legal teams, reviewing and finalizing legal documents, driving business development initiatives, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Partner will collaborate with other partners to shape firm strategy, ensure quality control,



and uphold high professional and ethical standards. This role involves active participation in knowledge-building, training, and process improvement to support the firm’s growth and reputation. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Law with demonstrated expertise in one or more core practice areas (e.g., Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution).
• Substantial experience working in Law Firms, including leading client matters, managing teams, and contributing to business development.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, opinions, pleadings, and transactional documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of Corporate Law and related regulatory frameworks, with the ability to advise start-ups, MSMEs, and larger enterprises on complex transactions and compliance.
• Advanced understanding of Intellectual Property law, including protection, enforcement, and commercialization strategies for diverse clients.
• Recognized professional qualification in law (LL.
B. or equivalent; LL.
M. or relevant specialization is an advantage) and enrollment with a bar council in good standing.
• Proven track record in client relationship management, with excellent analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop legal professionals, promote collaborative teamwork, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
• Strong communication skills in English
