Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Business Analyst to support cybersecurity operations and transformation initiatives for one of our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, Target Operating Model (TOM) development, requirements management, and technology delivery within complex enterprise environments. The selected candidate will work closely with the Cybersecurity Operations and Intelligence team to define operational strategies, gather and document business requirements, support system enhancements, and ensure successful delivery of cybersecurity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and develop the Cybersecurity Operations Target Operating Model (TOM) and establish clear business outcomes.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements, ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop detailed business requirements, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Support the analysis, design, testing, implementation, and enhancement of cybersecurity systems and operational processes.
• Ensure quality assurance of developed solutions against approved business requirements.
• Develop business cases and assess expected business value for proposed initiatives.
• Participate in governance forums and provide project updates, insights, and reports to senior management and steering committees.
• Identify, document, and manage project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges across teams.
• Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Develop updated operational processes to support new systems, features, and tooling.
• Coordinate business transition activities, including operational handover and Business as Usual (BAU) readiness.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, IT teams, vendors,



and business stakeholders to resolve delivery challenges.
• Provide guidance and support to junior Business Analysts.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst in IT projects.
• Proven experience in developing Target Operating Models (TOM) and operational strategies.
• Strong understanding of business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.
• Experience creating use cases, user stories, acceptance test scenarios, and business process maps.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, preferably Scrum or SAFe.
• Experience in business requirements testing, quality assurance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working on technology delivery initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to manage end-to-end delivery of complex functional changes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience working with Cybersecurity Operations and Intelligence teams.
• Exposure to cybersecurity transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of enterprise governance processes and technology delivery frameworks.
• Experience developing operational transition plans and process documentation.
