We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Manager to lead the procurement and trading of electric motor scrap and associated non-ferrous metals. The ideal candidate will have a solid existing supplier network among motor recyclers, e-waste processors, and industrial scrap generators, along with a deep understanding of metal recovery economics.

Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing & Procurement: Identify, develop, and manage a robust supply chain for electric motor scrap, including dismantled motors, armatures, and copper-bearing scrap from motor recyclers, electronics, and industrial units .
• Supplier Network Expansion: Build and strengthen relationships with scrap aggregators, motor manufacturers, and e-waste processors to ensure a consistent volume of high-grade feedstock .
• Commercial Negotiation: Evaluate scrap quality, recovery potential, and assay reports to negotiate competitive pricing and favorable payment terms .
• Market Intelligence: Monitor daily market trends,



scrap pricing movements (Copper, Aluminium, Steel), and supply-demand dynamics to optimize procurement strategies .
• Logistics & Compliance: Coordinate inbound logistics and ensure all purchases comply with environmental, safety, and e-waste regulatory requirements . Candidate Profile:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Commerce, or Supply Chain.
•

Experience:
Proven track record (3–10+ years) in metal scrap procurement, specifically with electric motors, ferrous/non-ferrous trading.
•

Skills:
Strong negotiation skills, existing supplier connections in the scrap ecosystem, and proficiency in Excel for reporting .
