About the Role
Mad About Wellness is looking for a proactive, creative, and data-driven Social Media & Content Distribution Executive to help grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The role focuses on distributing short-form and long-form video content, increasing organic reach, improving audience engagement, and driving follower and subscriber growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Publish and distribute Reels, Shorts, and long-form videos across social media platforms.
• Execute organic content distribution through WhatsApp, Telegram, Pinterest, Reddit, Facebook Groups, and relevant online communities.
• Follow platform-specific content distribution SOPs and publishing schedules.
• Identify relevant communities and opportunities to expand content reach.
• Monitor video views, watch time, retention, engagement, and follower growth.
• Maintain daily performance trackers and prepare periodic reports using Google Sheets.




• Coordinate with the content and creative teams to improve content performance.
• Support paid campaign execution and performance tracking when required. Requirements
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms and content formats.
• Familiarity with social media management and content distribution.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in social media growth and performance metrics.
• Valuable communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing will be an advantage. Who Should Apply?
