Role Description The Creative Designer will work on-site in Varanasi in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to visually communicate Beckkon’s technology and brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing digital and print assets, such as product visuals, marketing materials, presentations, social media creatives, and UI elements aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves creating and refining graphics and layouts, developing visual concepts for campaigns, and supporting web design efforts for company websites and landing pages. The Creative Designer will translate complex technical ideas into clear visual narratives, maintain a consistent brand identity across touchpoints,



and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new design concepts. The position also includes preparing design files for production, staying current with design trends and tools, and iterating based on feedback from stakeholders. Qualifications
• Strong creative design capabilities, including concept development and visual storytelling, with the ability to turn ideas into engaging visual content.
• Proficiency in graphics and graphic design, using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or equivalent) to produce high-quality digital and print assets.
• Experience in branding, including building and maintaining visual identities, style guides, and consistent brand assets across multiple channels.
• Skills in web design, with an understanding of layout, typography, responsive design principles, and collaboration with developers or product teams.
• Relevant experience in designing for technology, IoT, or SaaS products is an advantage, particularly in simplifying complex concepts visually.
• Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, openness to feedback, and a portfolio that demonstrates a range of design work across media and formats.
• A degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent demonstrable experience will be considered.
