About the Role
As a Customer Journey Advisor, you will guide travelers throughout their journey, from the initial inquiry to post-trip feedback, while providing personalized travel guidance and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
• Handling customer interactions across multiple channels.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable travel packages and itineraries.
• Counselling customers on travel options and converting inquiries into bookings.
• Managing customer queries and concerns before, during, and after travel.
• Coordinating with operations and local teams to ensure smooth journeys.




• Monitoring journey milestones and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Escalating complex cases and contributing to continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For
• Prior experience in travel sales, travel consulting, or the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
• Candidates with an educational background in Travel and Tourism are highly encouraged to apply.
• Solid customer interaction, sales, and customer support skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to understand customer needs, recommend travel solutions, and drive bookings.
• Experience in travel agencies, tour operations, hospitality, or related customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
