Role Description The Inbound Travel Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves advising inbound travelers on suitable tour packages and services within Kerala and other destinations, preparing tailored itineraries, and managing bookings for transport, accommodation, and ancillary services. The consultant will coordinate reservations with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and internal teams, while handling changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing clear information on travel options, maintaining accurate records in booking systems,



and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the travel experience. The role also includes supporting sales initiatives, following company procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement of service quality. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills to advise customers and design suitable itineraries.
• Candidates should possess experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to communicate effectively, manage expectations, and resolve issues promptly.
• Candidates should possess good knowledge of domestic and international travel products, including tour packages, accommodation options, and transportation services.
• Relevant experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or destination management company is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple tasks, and use travel booking and reservation systems efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
