Role Description The Multistore Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple stores. This role includes managing store performance, supervising staff, and ensuring consistent quality in products and customer service. The manager will coordinate inventory and supply chain needs, maintain store standards, and implement operational processes to improve efficiency. They will analyze sales and customer feedback, support marketing initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies. The role also involves training and mentoring store teams, scheduling,



and collaborating with leadership on expansion and current store setup. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong retail or food service operations management skills, including multi-store oversight and process optimization.
• Candidates should possess team leadership skills such as staff supervision, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills to ensure a high-quality, welcoming in-store experience.
• Candidates should possess inventory, supply chain, and basic financial management skills, including scheduling, stock control, and cost awareness.
• Candidates should possess organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across stores and collaborate with senior management.
• Prior experience in hospitality, QSR, café, or dessert/ice cream retail environments is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, and be present across different store locations in Chennai.
