Role Description The Supply Chain Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, procurement planning, inventory control, and supplier performance management. The Supply Chain Manager will coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials for Injection Molding, Wiring Harness, Box Build, and Tooling operations. Daily tasks include reviewing material requirements, optimizing stock levels, negotiating with vendors, tracking deliveries, resolving supply issues, and analyzing data to improve cost efficiency and lead times.



The role also involves implementing process improvements, maintaining compliance with company policies, and preparing regular reports for leadership on supply chain performance. Qualifications
• Strong Demand Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast requirements, interpret data, and support decision-making.
• Proficiency in Supply Management and Procurement to manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely sourcing of materials.
• Hands-on experience in Inventory Management to control stock levels, reduce excess and shortages, and maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial environments, ideally in injection molding, wiring harness, or related sectors.
• Experience with ERP or supply chain management systems and familiarity with basic financial and cost analysis.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems proactively, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
