Role Description This is a full-time Inside Technical Sales role based on-site in Hyderabad. The Inside Technical Sales professional will handle inbound and outbound sales interactions, qualify leads, and present suitable digital marketing solutions to prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, demonstrating technical features of services, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to drive successful conversions. The role involves close coordination with technical and creative teams to ensure accurate solution offerings, as well as maintaining detailed records in CRM systems.
The individual will also provide basic technical support information, respond to client queries, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build long-term relationships.

• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts or agency services is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software for tracking leads and preparing documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in inside sales, technical sales, or B2B service environments is an advantage.
