About the Role
Ecoinnomics Software is looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Telecallers / Inside Sales Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and converting prospects into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain and promote Ecoinnomics Software’s IT and software solutions.
• Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads.
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer requirements and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the Business Development and Technical teams to support sales activities.
• Maintain professional communication with prospective customers. Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or telesales is preferred.
• Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to handle sales calls and follow-ups effectively.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Experience in IT or software sales will be an added advantage. Salary and Incentives
• Monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000.
• Additional performance-based incentives.
