Role Description The Accounts Trainer (Freelancer) will be responsible for delivering structured, industry-relevant training in accounting concepts, tools, and practices to learners at SVR EdTech. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru South and involves planning and conducting classroom sessions, practical exercises, and assessments to build applied accounting skills. The trainer will design and update training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and case studies aligned with current accounting standards and business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining theoretical concepts, guiding learners through real-world scenarios, resolving doubts, monitoring progress,



and providing constructive feedback. The role also includes collaborating with the training team to improve course content, supporting on-the-job training initiatives, and ensuring a professional and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of core accounting principles, financial statements, bookkeeping, and taxation, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and practically.
• Candidates should possess practical skills in using accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or similar), MS Excel for financial analysis, and basic ERP or financial management tools.
• Candidates should possess training and facilitation skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, learner engagement, and assessment design.
• Candidates should possess good communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to present information in a structured, learner-friendly manner and provide supportive feedback.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a learner-centric approach to teaching.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) or corporate accounting experience are highly beneficial.
• Prior experience as a trainer, faculty, or mentor in accounting or finance, preferably in an academic, corporate training, or edtech environment, will be an added advantage.
