Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Noida. The Project Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of air pollution control and biomass drying projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include preparing project plans and schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients,



and supporting site activities such as installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. The role involves reviewing engineering drawings, electrical and mechanical layouts, and documentation, as well as ensuring compliance with safety and environmental guidelines. The Project Engineer will also prepare technical reports, maintain project documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• Strong Project Engineering and Project Planning skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end engineering projects.
• Competence in Project Management, including scheduling, resource coordination, and risk mitigation.
• Solid Electrical Engineering knowledge, preferably related to industrial equipment, control systems, and power distribution.
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, clients, vendors, and site personnel.
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) from an accredited institution.
• Experience in industrial projects, preferably in air pollution control, process plants, or related sectors.
• Proficiency in engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3D modeling, MS Project or similar).
• Ability to work on-site, handle multiple assignments, and travel to project locations as required.
