• Intermediate (10+2) or above
• Prior experience in Collections & Recovery is mandatory
• DRA Certification required for DRA positions
• Solid communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills Compensation & Benefits?
Salary:
₹18,000

Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer interactions related to overdue payments and outstanding dues.
• Follow up on repayment commitments and maintain regular communication.
• Negotiate repayment plans while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and payment updates.
